Fat bombs are the darling of the Ketogenic diet world - imagine being able to consume rich, delicious and even sweet hunks of melt in your mouth fat and have it be on your plan! Chia Pudding - With Benefits

There is something about pudding that screams comfort food, Rice Pudding in particular strikes a nerve - especially in the low carb crowd who have sworn off grains for any number of reasons.  This Rice/Not Rice Pudding generated more likes and comments on my Instagram Feed than pretty much anything
